A day of mindfulness meditation and great hiking in two of North London’s most vibrant and picturesque green spaces – Highgate’s little known but much loved Waterlow Park and the iconic Hampstead Heath.

The Thames Towpath to Blackheath - Sunday June 04, 2017

A day of mindfulness meditation and great hiking along the capital’s most breathtaking footpath, the Thames Towpath. We’ll start the day in one of our most unique meditation venues yet, a traditional yurt located in Spitalfields City Farm, a short distance from Liverpool Street Station and then head East, through the undiscovered Wapping, The Thames Path, the Royal Park in Greenwhich and finally concluding the day in Blackheath.

Woodberry Wetlands & The Lee Valley - Sunday May 07, 2017

A day of mindfulness meditation and great hiking around North London's lesser known nature reserves, waterways and trails. We'll start the day in the splendid serenity of the Gillespie local nature reserve, and make our way to Stratford Olympic Park via the Woodberry Wetlands, the Capital Ring Walk and the Lee Valley.

Parkland Walk & Hampstead Heath - Sunday April 09, 2017

A day of mindfulness meditation and great hiking around North London's lesser known trails. We’ll start the day in the splendid serenity of the Gillespie local nature reserve, a little known green escape located just a few minutes’ walk from Finsbury Park Station. From here we follow a disused rail track up to Highbury Woods and onto Hampstead Heath.
